  • Learn common stressors associated with midterm season and strategies to help achieve goals at the Midterm Motivation workshop today, Feb. 4, 2:00–2:50 p.m.
  • Take a break from midterms. Make friends while trying new self-care activities at the Choose Your Own Self-Care Adventure event on Sunday, Feb. 7, 5:00–7:00 p.m. RSVP required.
  • Create and submit a piece of art that promotes body positivity for the All Sizes Fit Virtual Art Show by Friday, Feb. 26. Top entries will receive a Duck Store gift certificate.
  • Join the new Expedition Oregon program to build an inclusive community and connect with the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Register for spring term by Feb. 28.
