Board Member Nominations to Close March 12

Our call for Board member nominations is still open! We are seeking outstanding leaders dedicated to the work of preventing and ending homelessness to serve on our Board of Directors. The Council's Board will guide our education, research, training, and advocacy as well as our support of health centers, HCH programs, and medical respite programs across the U.S.
Elected Board members are eligible to serve up to two two-year terms, and officers generally serve one-year terms. Any Individual Member or Organizational Member Representative may submit a nomination, and we encourage self-nominations. All nominations are due by March 12.

| Opportunity for BPHC-Funded Health Centers: Join New Communities of Practice on Trauma-Informed Care and Pain Management

HRSA's Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Technical Assistance invites BPHC-funded health centers to join two new Communities of Practice (CoPs). These CoPs will offer structured virtual learning sessions to engage health centers' teams in process improvement with other organizations and subject matter experts.
The Trauma-Informed Care CoP will help organizations increase their adoption of trauma-informed care practices, and the Alternative Pain Management CoP will help health centers improve care for patients with challenging pain cases and enhance their pain management practices. 30 organizations may participate in each CoP. Applications are due Friday, Feb. 7.
