"The Heart of It All" by Christian Kiefer
"Get ready for Black History Month in February with this novel about a factory town and its inhabitants. There are some tense, racist moments here, but we are reminded that no matter their race or economic status, all families struggle and love endures. It's also a deep dive into the seasons in small-town Ohio, beautifully described."

Library Stories
A teacher checking out a stack of arctic animal books through her Educator’s Collection Request shared that she uses the service all the time, and that:
- she can't believe how good the library is.
- the librarians find things she has never heard of or would never have thought of.
-
the books always meet her (and her students') needs.
