Their Light Still Shines!
Our annual honor/memorial Easter candles help fund our Youth Trip Scholarship Fund to aid our youth in covering the cost of the various trips and retreats throughout the year. Money should never be the reason one of our youth cannot participate. To purchase your candle in honor or memory of a loved one, pick up a form in the foyer or church office. For each name remembered or honored, cost is $10. You can pay via check (mark "Easter Candle" in the memo), online, or via our Vanco mobile app (look for "Easter Candles"). Deadline for reservation is Wednesday, April 1.

We need your help! Join us in collecting plastic egg and candy donations. We have plastic eggs we will reuse from previous years, so bags of candy are also needed. You can drop off your donations in the labeled bins in the worship center or the education building. Donations due by this Sunday, March 22. Contact Jennifer if you would like to assist in filling eggs with candy.

Holy Week and Easter
at Parkway Hills
There are numerous ways to walk through Holy Week together. Take a look, mark your calendar, and join your church family as we make our way to Resurrection Morning.
Sunday, March 29: Easter Egg Hunt
Immediately following worship, children 4th grade and under and their families are invited to a light lunch in the Garden Room followed by the Egg Hunt and photos with the Easter Bunny. Bring your baskets for gathering eggs and a jar of peanut butter for MadCAAP. Bridge and Youth, we need your help to hide eggs!
Monday, March 30-Wednesday, April 1: Holy Week Worship and Lunch
We will gather with Anderson UMC and St. Luke UMC from noon to 1:00 pm at St. Luke. Meet at Parkway Hills at 11:30 to carpool. Worship at noon, followed by lunch at 12:30. Lunch can be taken to go. Rev. Dr. Stephen Cook will preach Monday, Rev. Dawn Douglas Flowers, Tuesday, and Rev. Bruce Case Wednesday.
Good Friday, March 3: An Easter Tale at 6:00 pm.
An Easter Tale is a one-act play written and performed by John Maxwell and directed by Cliff Bowen. Imagine the story of what it might have been like for the disciples of Jesus immediately after the crucifixion. In this imaginative tale the disciples come together to meet in the very room where they last shared a meal before leaving for the Garden. Nursery will be provided.
Aid with our Easter Flower Cross:
Drop off flowers in the Worship Center kitchen any time between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Friday, April 3, or no later than 10:00 am Saturday morning.
Help decorate the cross Saturday, April 4 at 9:00 am outside the Worship Center kitchen. Contact Chere Peel or Barbara Pepper for more info.
Easter Day Worship: 8:30 and 10:45 am
Nursery provided for both services. The 10:45 am service will be livestreamed.

Easter Worship Help Needed
We need your help to make Easter Sunday welcoming and hospitable for all who attend. Easter day is always a wonderful morning of worship and hope within the life of the church. It is a day we see new faces as well as faces we haven't seen in a while. We will offer worship at 8:30 am and 10:45 am. Please consider joining our 8:30 am worship so that we have plenty of room for those who show up at 10:45. We will need greeters, ushers, candle lighters and communion servers for both services. Please click here and see how you can aid someone in experiencing God in worship Resurrection Day!
We do best the things we do together!

Worship On the Lawn and Youth Fundraiser Cookout
Sunday, April 12 we will continue to celebrate Easter with worship on the lawn and a youth fundraiser meal. Bring a chair and an umbrella to help with the sun, and dress comfortably for our annual worship on the lawn. We will not livestream this service.
Following worship, our children will plant our zinnia seeds, and then we will join together in the worship center for a meal of hamburgers, baked beans, chips, dessert, and a drink. Tickets for lunch are $15 and you may pay via check/cash (mark "youth fundraiser" in the memo), online, or using our Vanco Mobile app. You may also see one of our youth after worship each Sunday. So we can adequately prepare, we ask that you purchase a ticket by Thursday, April 9.
