Spring Semester Begins January 25, limited In-Person Classes resume

On-campus core curriculum courses will be limited to 20 students and held in classrooms at or below 50 percent capacity this semester. There will also be a handful of chemistry labs, nursing practica, and ROTC courses, but the majority of classes will continue to be offered remotely. Clark Library, Financial Aid, and the Help Desk can help students who need assistance accessing their classes remotely. Find out more about Spring Semester.

How to USe ON-CAMPUS STUDENT SERVICES this semester

With new COVID-19 protocols in place to ensure campus safety, students can still access the on-campus resources they need with a few modifications. The Career Center, Health and Counseling Center, and Beauchamp Recreation and Wellness Center-sponsored outdoor and online classes are all available during the Spring Semester. Learn more about the virtual and in-person services available.

UP Can Communicate COVID-Positive Status to Parents with Student Consent

The Pilots Prevent Dashboard tracks all COVID-19 tests conducted on campus. For the week ending January 17, the University of Portland conducted 418 tests. There are currently 4 new positive cases with 28 students in quarantine and 6 students in isolation. See the full dashboard.
