All are invited to the Opening Mass today

You are invited to gather for the Opening of the Academic Year Mass as we ask for God’s blessing on the year ahead. Rev. Robert A. Dowd, C.S.C., University president, will serve as presider and homilist. A seating area is reserved for faculty and staff members on the floor of the Purcell Pavilion. There will be no academic procession to Mass, and regalia is not required.

Rudy takes the field again in showing of classic film

The 1993 film, starring Sean Astin, tells the story of Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger, who follows his dream to play football at Notre Dame despite significant obstacles. All are invited to the viewing of this classic at Notre Dame Stadium this Friday.

Columbus Murals to be uncovered

The Columbus Murals on the second floor of the Main Building will be uncovered from Tuesday, September 2, through noon Friday, September 5, to allow instructors and their students to engage with and discuss the murals. More information about the Columbus Murals, their history, and their use by instructors can be found here.
