Brooke Noska ’14 is celebrating her Emmy win as the visual effects producer for the superhero series “Spider-Noir.” 

Anthony Cerrato is the recipient of the CSU Trustee Emerita Claudia H. Hampton Scholarship. A first-generation scholar and parent, Cerrato has dedicated himself to suicide prevention efforts, mental health advocacy and community service.

This adaptation of Georges Feydeau’s classic comedy is a whirlwind of mistaken identities and secret rendezvous, September 23 to 26 at the Experimental Theatre at The Soraya.

“El Mejor Mariachi del Mundo” (“The World’s Best Mariachi”) returns to The Soraya with an all-new concert inspired by the spirit of El Grito de Independencia, the traditional call to arms against Spanish rule on the eve of September 16, 1810. The performance also marks the group’s 129th anniversary.

The CSUN Symphony kicks off the academic year with an electrifying matinee concert at The Soraya, honoring the 100th birthday of emeritus faculty member Aurelio de la Vega.
