Over the past few days, NAR has issued a warning to all REALTOR members. If you receive an email appearing to be under the REALTOR Party banner, it is not from NAR. The email is a solicitation to help "Support Diana" with a financial donation through GoFundMe. This solicitation is not from the REALTOR Party or the National Association of REALTORS. NAR will never solicit donations for personal or individual charities. All donations go through the REALTORS Relief Foundation.

If you receive this fraudulent email, please alert NAR Member Support at ConactNAR@realtors.org and then delete the email. Anyone who received the email or sent money to the link in the email should file a complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov.

The Chester County Board of Commissioners has unanimously adopted Landscapes3, the county's next long-range comprehensive plan. Landscapes3 seeks to balance preservation with growth across the county's landscapes through six goal areas: Preserve, Protect, Appreciate, Live, Prosper and Connect. To continue to balance growth and preservation, Landscapes3 recommits to core principles that will position the county and its municipalities for success, including resource preservation, revitalized urban and suburban centers, diverse and affordable housing, transportation choices, collaboration and resiliency.
