You are seen and from your responses,  we will make every effort to send you content that is of value, inspirational and entertaining to you. We want to continue to highlight companies and individuals who we can cheer on as well!      
     First up this month is Holiday Mathis, a syndicated columnist and contributor to PostponeNothing.org. She brings inspiration brought down from the stars making us think deeper, and reflect about our own life while entertaining us with her art and message.      How to eat well has many different forms with regards to each of us. It's hard not to pay attention to Dr. Terry Wahls who has profoundly changed her own life through eating the right kinds of food.
  To satisfy our music lovers check out how Aaron English, a Nashville based artist, sent instruments to villages in Africa changing their lives forever. As the saying goes, "You have never really lived until you do something for someone who can never pay you back."  It's an amazing story.
     The support of this special community is awe inspiring. We can't wait to share with you in the next few months a plan on how we can join in and together make a difference. So stay tuned!

What are you postponing?

For some years health issues prevented my husband and me from taking our regular foreign travels, which had often been our happiest times together.  Covid hit and cemented our predictable homebody status in a way that was confining.  I have no idea exactly why or when, at some point last year, I got the glimmer of an idea of expanding my concept of travel from the big trips to closer ones.  Once I changed my mindset, a host of things started coming my way to make for a reinvigorating trip up the California coast.  I recalled that a friend had rented a home she had enjoyed at my destination, and by some chance the place had a rental cancellation that worked perfectly with our limited availability.  The exact location turned out to be a particular place special in my life experience and also especially beautiful. We knew not whom we would share the home with, but we found wonderful companions.  It was a turn around vacation.

For our foodies. This is a true story that demonstrates how important eating
right is to our quality of life.  This is hard not to believe and be inspired to make change.
She took one step then another and another, very relatable and easy to understand.
