The Saints Are On The Way

The new statuary for our church has arrived and we are waiting for the items to be released by U.S. Customs officials. Once that occurs, the installation of the new crucifix, Stations of the Cross, and statues of our Blessed Mother Mary and Saint Joseph will begin. Watch for updates from the parish soon. And thanks again to all who have supported this special project.

Sacred Art in the Church

The beauty of the architecture, the art, the sacred atmosphere ... what's being communicated in our church? Click here to read one perspective from Tony Jesse, Director of Religious Education at Saint Matthew, Should the Church sell all its riches for the poor?

2021 Calendars Are Here

The free Catholic Extension 2021 calendars "Rejoice O' Earth" are now available for you to pick up in the narthex next time you come to Saint Matthew.
The calendars are also available in the church office.

Saint Matthew Directory Update

The folks at Lifetouch, who have been working since early this year to produce the 2020 pictorial directory for Saint Matthew Church, have been struggling with production plant shutdowns and delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Lifetouch officials recently sent word that the directories are currently set to be shipped "in December or possibly after the first of the year. Thank you so much for your understanding during these unexpected times."  Watch for an update when they arrive.
