Queer Dialogues: Trans Youth Mental Health panel |
Featuring Maia, therapist at RECLAIM |
Wednesday, May 13 - 6-8 PM @ QUEERSPACE Youth Center, 702 W Franklin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403
via QUEERSPACE collective:
Join us for a conversation this Mental Health Awareness Month about supporting the wellbeing of Queer and Trans youth.
From political attacks and hostile rhetoric to social isolation and unaffirming environments, Queer and Trans young people are navigating multiple, compounding pressures that impact their sense of safety, belonging, and identity.
This community conversation will explore the forces shaping Queer and Trans youth mental health today—and what it looks like to show up for young people in this moment. Together, we will focus on how parents, caregivers, and allies can create spaces of connection, affirmation, and care so that Queer and Trans youth are not just getting by, but are supported in living healthy, full, and thriving lives.
See the panel details and register on QUEERSPACE collective's Eventbrite page.
