Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® continues to help members communicate the latest real estate market conditions with a set of Monthly Residential Market Statistics for area counties and their respective school districts. Note that these monthly statistics cover all school districts in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. Philadelphia, and select Berks County & New Castle County school districts are also available. The reports are updated between the 10th and the 12th of the month for the previous month’s statistics.
If you have questions or requests, please contact Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® Director of Marketing and Communications, Lauren Davis. Starting in 2026, Tri-County Suburban has expanded our reporting to now include Attached/Townhouse data in each. Local Market Insight Report in addition to Detached and Attached home types. This will provide members with a more complete and accurate view of the market. As buyer demand, affordability considerations, and housing inventory continue to evolve, Attached/Townhouse properties represent a growing segment of the market. Incorporating this data offers a clearer picture of pricing trends, inventory levels, and sales activity across all residential property types, ensuring our members have the most comprehensive insights possible to guide client conversations. You'll find this data on the 5th page of each Local Market Insight Report for each county, and school district.
An assortment of reports is also available to Bright MLS subscribers at BrightMLS.com such as a monthly Market Report, and a Marketing ToolKit to coincide. The Philadelphia Metro May 2026 Housing Market Report will also offer monthly market data in that region with infographics, charts, and more. Tri-County's major counties (Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery) are included in this report. For more detailed report, once logged into Bright MLS, click the "Market" tab and choose the "Market Statistics Report" button in the drop-down menu to access various reports.

Last Tuesday, June 9th, REALTOR® members rallied together for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) at the Annual RPAC Telethon. Twenty dedicated volunteers championed the mission of the RPAC, illuminating exactly how legislative decisions shape the future of real estate, resulting in over $35,000 raised in just one day.
Over 200 of their fellow members invested in RPAC during the telethon. This tremendous outpouring of support significantly bolsters our legislative influence, empowering REALTORS® to safeguard both the real estate profession and homeownership.
On the day-of the Telethon, Dominic Cardone led the group by soliciting the most investors, with Vince Range raising the most overall investments.
In addition, the Association would like to recognize and thank the other volunteers for their diligent efforts, including: Dave Ashe, Mary Beale, Terese Brittingham, Eileen Campbell, Dominic Cardone, Christina Cardone, Ken Enochs, Greg Herb, Stacie Koroly, Tom Lowy, Debbie McCabe, Kathy McQuilkin, Bette McTamney, Arica Miller, Lou Muscella, Vince Range, Mark Reale, Eric Rehling, Ellen Renish and Brian Slater.
Tri-County also congratulates Susan Murphy, who won the drawing for a $500 VISA gift card for her investment during the telethon.
Over 2,900 Tri-County Suburban members have supported RPAC so far this year!

LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance Advocates for Discrimination-Free Housing |
|
| |
|
Since its founding in 2020, the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has gained more than 3,500 active members across a range of real estate and housing industries who champion the Alliance’s vision: “To create a world free of housing discrimination.”
“Although LGBTQ+ people are protected in some states and municipalities, federal fair housing laws do not include sexual orientation or gender identity as protected classes,” the Alliance says. “This allows legal discrimination in 27 states, which can cause barriers to homeownership, obtaining a loan, renting and more.”
Members span 26 states and 35 local chapters, benefiting from professional development, referral, networking, advocacy and event opportunities. In Pennsylvania, the active local chapter is the Eastern PA Alliance Chapter, founded by Mon Kramer. Read Kramer’s story in this JustListed article.
“As founding president of the Eastern PA Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, I’m proud to help create community and advocacy within our industry while connecting LGBTQ+ consumers with professionals who truly understand their experiences,” Kramer shares. “Representation and visibility matter in real estate, and our chapter continues to grow because people are looking for spaces where they feel seen, supported and protected.”

SRA: REALTORS® Report Continued Delays in Upper Darby Use-And-Occupancy Process
|
|
| |
|
The Suburban Realtors Alliance (SRA) continues to hear reports from Realtors experiencing delays and challenges during the use-and-occupancy (U&O) process in Upper Darby Township. Many members have recently cited a lack of responsiveness from the township. The SRA has been in contact with township officials, and we are pressing for systemic changes to fix the widespread issues. Realtors who are experiencing issues with U&O inspections, permit reviews, certificate issuance or other transaction-related delays in Upper Darby are encouraged to contact the SRA. We will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
