VEGAN RECIPE OF THE WEEK!

Easy Versatile Tofu
Ingredients:
One brick extra firm tofu – pressed and cubed (press in a flour sack dish towel with several plates on top)
1 cube vegetable bouillon
2 T water
2 T vegetable oil/canola oil/olive oil
Directions:
Dissolve the bouillon cube in water and whisk in the oil. Pour into a frying pan or wok and heat over medium high. Be careful because it can burn easily. Add in the tofu cubes and toss them around until coated. Cook on medium high until all sides are golden. This makes for a simply delicious tofu that is good in soup, salad, or even plain.
