We are pleased to announce that after a national search, Tracey McEachern has been appointed as our new Assistant Vice President of HR Operations, Services, and Payroll. In this expanded role, Tracey will continue to oversee various HR functions, including managing all nine university payrolls. Additionally, she will serve as the HR lead for system implementations, driving new and innovative solutions to enhance customer service and streamline HR processes.

With a wealth of experience in HR and Payroll, Tracey has successfully led multi-state payroll operations for over 18,000 employees at Kaplan Educational Centers. She has also played a pivotal role in systems implementations, focusing on employee and manager self-service and process improvements. Over the past 11 years Tracey has served as Director of HRS, earning a reputation as a valued partner on internal committees, providing HR insights, analysis, and recommendations. She is known for her problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering an excellent user experience.
 
Tracey holds a BA in Business Administration and an MS in Human Resource Management. As she takes on her new responsibilities as Assistant Vice President for HR Operations, Services, and Payroll, we would like to express our gratitude to the search committee led by Lyle Gomes and all the stakeholders who participated in the selection process.
