Summer Site Refresh: CMS Office Hours

September is here and fall quarter starts soon, but there's still time to polish up your website for the new academic year.

Today's tip is one of the easiest ones yet — use the search box at top-right of your website to find outdated references and terms. Search for "2024" to find pages and forms that should be updated for 2025–26. Then search for old keywords or terms (COVID), old acronyms or office names that have been updated (Extension, Grad Division), retired staff names, or obsolete terms like "freshmen/man" (update to "first-year").

Come to our first-ever CMS office hours meetup to learn best practices for images and files/PDFs, and how to move or retire site assets. Ask questions about CMS tasks, site organization, or your website in particular. All CMS users are welcome.
