From the Ranch House

A Note From Carl
On my last day as your Interim General Manager, I want to extend a warm welcome to Ashley Lynch, our new General Manager. I appreciated your trust and patience during the transition period as we navigated through staffing changes, COVID, and budgeting. My hope is you now find the service we provide thorough, professional, responsive, and friendly.
I was fortunate to work with an intelligent, dedicated, and diverse Board of Directors who care deeply about RVR. A special thanks to Board President, Gary Lesser, who devotes an incredible amount of his free time to our community.
RVR is a complex operation, and every employee here contributes to its success. Thanks to everyone from the Facilities/Landscaping/Irrigation Crews, the Front Desk, and the Leadership Team!
Wishing everyone good health and happiness in the New Year.
Carl
Ranch House Closure
Mark your calendars! The Ranch House will be closed Monday, Feb. 14 to Sunday, Feb. 20. This closure will allow for necessary repairs and maintenance. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this closure.
Furry Friend of The Week
My name is River and my home is with the Stites family on Shadowood Ln. I’m pretty new to the area but I love being outdoors and chewing on just about everything there is to chew. I’m a Golden Retriever and I love water more than anything! I can’t wait to meet the other dogs in May when I move to RVR full time. My days are full of playing with my brother Coach and sleeping...I sleep a lot! See you soon.

During this pause, take a moment to learn more about your amazing and talented trainers in our new Fitness Instructor of the Week!
Fitness Instructor of the Week, Carly Kraemer
NASM-CPT, BIRTHFIT Coach
Having always been interested in fitness and nutrition, I am enthusiastic about
constantly learning and expanding my knowledge of whole body health. Passionate about empowering individuals through intentional movement, a positive growth mindset, ongoing education and cultivating a deeper connection to their body. I am
thrilled to be working with clients at TAC and RVR, where the approach to wellness encompasses all aspects of health.
I love experiencing the different ways in which my body can move and experiencing the
result of consistent training and discipline. I also fully embrace the concept that life
consists of different seasons in which our abilities and goals change and evolve whether
that be year-to-year or day-to-day. A successful and sustainable training
program honors that ebb and flow to maximize benefit for the individual in the long
term.
As a BIRTHFIT Coach, I am especially passionate about helping women during the
parenthood transition by providing prenatal training and postpartum recovery in a
supportive, safe, and encouraging environment.
One of the aspects of training I find most rewarding is seeing a client progress towards
their goals, realize their potential, and become more at home in their body.

Carly teaches Power Hour on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and Confident Core on Thursdays at 10:45 a.m.
We will feature a fitness instructor each week in the newsletter. Check back next week to learn more about one of your favorite instructors!
If you're interested in doing private sessions at the Ranch House with one of the trainers, email info@theaspenclinic.org to schedule your session today!
