We're hiring a clinical director |
After nearly four years at RECLAIM, our Clinical Director Caitlin Baldwin is departing to pursue a new job opportunity. We are excited to share this job posting for the next Clinical Director of RECLAIM.
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Director who is passionate about the mission and values of RECLAIM and who has strong clinical and administrative skills to lead the organization’s clinical programming. We’re building a community of emerging and experienced practitioners who apply 3rd Wave CBT principles and other modalities to their practice. We specialize in supporting youth around sexual orientation and gender identity exploration, in addition to treating other mental health concerns impacting youth and young adults. RECLAIM strives to recruit candidates who share the identities of the clients we serve, including those from LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC communities. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
Salary Range: $93,000-$98,000; 37.5 hour work week, generous PTO, benefits eligible.
Job Summary: Manage all aspects of the organization’s clinical program. Serve as part of RECLAIM’s leadership team. Respond to requirements of managed care, payer, grant, and donor sources for quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Supervise and manage workflow of interns, fellows, and/or mental health practitioners.

Volunteer with RECLAIM: State Fair Parking |
RECLAIM is partnering again this year with Leder Games to hold a parking fundraiser at the Minnesota State Fair. The office of Leder Games is located on Como Avenue across the road from the fairgrounds, and they are granting us use of their parking lot to collect parking fees. As a bonus, anyone who volunteers has guaranteed free convenient parking to go to the Fair.
Shifts are daily during the State Fair. Early morning shifts are our greatest need for help!
Sign up for a shift on our Sign Up Genius page.
If you can't volunteer for a full shift, that's okay! Just sign up and note in the comments what time you will arrive and depart.

Last year, RECLAIM received a grant to fund a pilot program to contract with therapists based in Greater Minnesota communities to provide care to people living in those communities. We are excited to welcome to the team Tyler Driscoll (he/him), LGSW, who lives in Two Harbors, Minnesota. Tyler has a Masters of Social Work degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. He is a transgender man who works with queer, transgender, nonbinary, and gender expansive individuals and families to create a safe space to build resilience, explore identity, process gender dysphoria, access gender-affirming care, find community, and live authentic, liberated lives.
If you or someone you know wants to work with Tyler, please reach out to RECLAIM's team to get started: 612-235-6743 ext. 4, www.reclaim.care/therapy, or services@reclaim.care.
