Wicked Festival coming on Nov. 14 |
One of Radford University’s newest traditions, the Wicked Festival brings together students working across campus to solve the toughest public problems of our time. It showcases the students’ solutions in a way that allows students and guests to share civil conversations on how we can make the world a better place. The festival helps students develop career skills like problem-solving and oral and written communication. It also helps students develop qualities like empathy, hope, care, empowerment and confidence.
The festival is convened by the Radford University College of Humanities and Behavioral Sciences and supported by the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning, the Citizen Leader program and the Office of Undergraduate Research. This semester, the event is hosted for the first time in the new Artis Center by the College of Visual and Performing Arts. Thank you to everyone across campus who makes the festival possible.
