With our students home, it feels as if the unofficial start to summer is underway! Over the next couple of months, I hope you enjoy the relaxation and restoration that the longer summer days promise. Below, you'll find a few important topics you may want to discuss with your Villanovan this summer. We'll reconnect with you again in July in anticipation of the Fall semester!

What a weekend of celebration with the Class of 2024, their families and friends! May's early rains gave way to a beautiful day for our graduates as they came together in community to celebrate their achievements and the future that awaits them. Enjoy this short video, produced by our Villanova Television (VTV) student organization, that captures the energy and pride woven throughout campus on Commencement Day!

Looking ahead, the dates for the Class of 2025 and 2026 Bachelor's Degree and Recognition Ceremonies have been set! Please be sure to mark your calendars!

Just when you get the final box unpacked, we start reminding you about Move-In! Please mark your calendars: Returning resident students are able to move back to campus halls and apartments on Saturday, Aug. 24 and Sunday, Aug. 25. Further details, including instructions on how to register for an arrival time, will be sent to students via email in July.

If your Wildcat has not previously registered with Learning Support Services (LSS) or the Office of Disability Services (ODS) and requires accommodations for the upcoming Fall semester, encourage them to use their time this summer to start the process by completing the Online Intake Form through Clockwork and providing their documentation. More detailed information can be found on the Office of Disability Services webpage and the Learning Support Services webpage.

To better serve the community, Villanova has implemented a new and improved experience within the University’s student billing and payment portal, commonly known as V-Bill. Students were sent an email last week notifying them of the change. We encourage you to discuss the details with them. To learn more, please refer to the V-Bill/Touchnet User Guides, which can be found on the Office of the Bursar webpage.

It's never too early to start thinking through next year's meal plan! Between today and Monday, June 17, all on-campus resident students must complete their online meal plan registration. Those who do not complete the registration by the 17th will be placed in one of the default meal plans (the 14 Meals per week plan for apartment residents, or the Any Time 7 Day Plan for residents of traditional residence halls or singles in the Commons). It is important to note that juniors and seniors living in on-campus apartments may opt out of the meal plan by completing the form and selecting "Opt Out" as their meal plan option.
