Katie Porcaro from the Center for Healthcare Improvement and Patient Simulation has recently completed her Debriefing Academy Master Debreifer Course. This course, which spanned over seven weeks, provides participants with advanced content, strategies and tools to improve debriefing within the world of simulation medicine. As a Simulation Educationalist, Katie's newfound expertise in debriefing will help her move closer to achieving her goal of becoming the Co-Chair for the Simulation Operations and Technology Section Awards workgroup as part of SSH!
