I flew into NYC last night for both the Artists for Kamala launch event and to give my last in person tour of my solo exhibition YOU ARE HERE today, Tuesday Oct 1st, at 3pm the Nancy Hoffman Gallery in Chelsea, 520 W 27th St. The exhibition is on view  until Oct 19th. If you can make it today, no need to RSVP, just join us:)

I am honored to be a part of the Artists for Kamala initiative. When the team behind this effort asked me to participate, I knew I had to donate an edition of the large-scale framed print of my sculpture Dendrofemonology: A Feminist History Tree Ring. Kamala Harris is listed as one of the milestones when she became the first woman Vice President in 2020. The actual sculpture is part of my solo exhibition and was in Madison Square Park for the Mobilization for Women's Rights and the Planet. I am hoping I will be putting one more milestone on this timeline soon. Other artists who are a part of this benefit auction and sale include Judy Chicago, Simone Leigh, Cindy Sherman, Amy Sherald, Deb Kass, Jenny Holzer, Michele Pred, Ed Ruscha, Jeff Koons and more.
