Gaels Giving Back: Sigma Delta Phi |
This holiday season, alumni brothers of Sigma Delta Phi Fraternity banded together to help collect over 250 toys for HOPE Community Services. With the help of Iona students, the gifts were presented at last week’s “Lessons and Carols” event, held at the Arrigoni Center. Presented by Iona’s Performing Arts Program and the Office of Mission and Ministry, Lessons and Carols consisted of a candlelit, ecumenical service that combined music and scripture readings of the Advent Season. Special thanks to alumni brothers Rob Maffei '89 and Ray Kerins '92 for their participation in the event!
