Thrive! Committees Announced

We are excited to welcome a number of new committee members to Thrive!

Please visit the Thrive! website to see the updated
committee lists and the 2019–20 officers and committee chairs

The number of enthusiastic, qualified applicants again exceeded the number of open committee spots. We encourage members who are interested in leadership positions to keep an eye out for additional opportunities in the coming year.

We also wish to express our sincere thanks to those board members and committee members who are stepping down and to those who are continuing to serve. We appreciate the time and energy you have dedicated to Thrive!

Let's Talk with TEDtalks Mentoring Lunch and Learn

Join Thrive! this Friday, June 14, at 12:15 p.m. in B01 McCourtney Hall for a Mentoring Lunch and Learn to discuss the topic of reverse role mentoring and how to be a successful mentor to someone who may be in a higher career level than you. Register for the Lunch and Learn here.
As a Lunch and Learn event, attendees need to bring their own lunch and are encouraged to take advantage of the campus NDTOGO app. Tapingo (branded NDTOGO) can be accessed through the ND Mobile App or downloaded directly from the App Store or Google Play. You can also access Tapingo from a computer at
this link.

Tapingo allows individuals to order food from all locations on campus except the North & South Dining Halls, pay with a campus card or credit card, and pick-up at that location without having to wait in a long line. This is a helpful option for individuals who may wish to purchase a lunch on their way to McCourtney.

Title: Content Strategist, Notre Dame International

Notre Dame Career Path: I joined the University in 2018 as a Content Strategist.

What brought you to Notre Dame?
I've spent most of my career as a television journalist, telling memorable stories about everyday people doing extraordinary things. My newly created position with Notre Dame International allows me to do just that, but on an international scale. I also have a better work/life balance! I am constantly working to discover inspiring stories that illustrate NDI’s work around the world. We are truly a global university, and I’m honored to tell stories that open up our hearts and minds to new cultures.
