Dear Instructors,
This has been a challenging time for many of our students, with the pressures of finals and year-end projects and stressors such as the war in the Middle East. As a campus that cares, I would like to ask you to please afford our students some latitude with due dates, assignments, etc. as the semester comes to a close. Our students are diligent, principled, and hardworking and I am sure this would be appreciated.
UWM has on-going support and resources for students. Support U helps students through case management, emergency grants, and it connects students with resources on and off campus. Employees can access support resources through the Employee Assistance Program.
