Last Day to Host Events, Reserve Space & Make Purchases
The final day for student organizations to host events or meetings is the last day of classes, May 2. Student organizations are not permitted to host any events or meetings, in-person or remote, during reading days or final exams. Programming during Senior Week is only permitted for the Tufts University Social Collective. All space reservations in ReserveTufts and any purchases made through the TCU Treasury must be submitted prior to April 15.
Capital Purchase Request
Current annual funding is allocated to fund the annual needs of student organizations for event logistics, travel and small equipment needs. While there are often other needs for larger purchases, the Treasury does not have the resources to regularly to make capital expenditures, defined as long-term fixed assets such as furniture or other equipment. However, the TCU Treasury invites organizations to submit a proposal for capital expenditures should funding become available. Requests are not a formal application for funds, and there is no guarantee of any further action being taken. If interested, please complete this form by March 18, 2022.
