The fall semester is coming to a close and the holiday season is now upon us. We hosted 4 successful, virtual career fairs across several industries utilizing Handshake. The Employer Relations team is now planning for Spring and are pleased to share our upcoming virtual career fair plans with you below.
We are also looking to learn more about your virtual experiences and to gather some of the insights from your fall recruitment and outreach with university partners over the past few months. Our team is eager to hear from each of you about what you have learned and hope to continue this spring through our employer survey.

Spring 2021 Virtual Career Fairs
Tufts University will be hosting three virtual career fairs during the Spring 2021 semester and hope that you will join us. Registration will be limited to a total of 50 employers, so we urge organizations to register early to participate.

We will also be offering several sponsorship and partnership opportunities for employers who would like to partner more closely in advance of the fairs this upcoming semester. New Career Center Website
The Career Center recently launched our new website!
Here are just a few ways the site will better assist you, our employer partners:
- Your opportunities will be targeted to the students who most want to see them: Jobs, internships, and co-ops as well as employer events from Handshake are curated for and integrated into our new career community pages.
- Newly updated employer content: Our For Employers page has a more user-friendly, streamlined look and feel. Over the coming semester, we will continue to enhance this content by adding blog posts, videos, and additional resources.

| Tufts Graduate School of Arts and Sciences: Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Program
The Tufts Graduate School of Arts and Sciences now offers an online Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion Leadership. Students in the 4-course certificate will explore the tools and concepts for successfully leading strategic organizational change as well as the ethics of law and policy as it applies to issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion. The program is available entirely online or in a hybrid model. For specific questions, please email Mary Beth Berg.
In addition, you may visit the Graduate School of AS&E website for a full list of our certificate program offerings. These programs are designed with working professionals in mind and offer courses in the evening, weekends, and/or online. Don't miss the December 31st deadline for Spring 2021.
