Don't forget to complete the 2024 Mandatory Training by September 30th, 2024. Each year the USDA requires all CACFP participants to receive training on civil rights and program policies. This training is worth 1 hour of Growing Futures training credit. Failure to complete the training by the deadline could result in a corrective action. Use your provider handbook for guidance.

The SENDCAA main office entrance is undergoing a facelift. If you need to drop anything off at our office, please use the Headstart entrance at the west side of the building. There are signs to help navigate to visitor parking, and the drop box has been moved to the west side, if you have any claims or enrollments that need to be dropped off over the summer.

Please send your documents as a PDF |
|
|
When submitting paperwork via email or text, be sure that it is being sent in the largest file available and that the picture is not blurry.
The best way to send a document is to scan it in so that it is converted to a PDF. If you do not have access to a scanner, Adobe has a free app that you can download to your smart phone.
This app allows you to take a picture of your document which then converts it to a PDF, from there you can email it to your home monitor. Adobe Scan and Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded free to either IOS or Android phones.
