Jason Atherton, the Co-Director of the Academic Advising Center in Undergraduate Studies, is recognized as an exemplary user, campus leader, and member of the Navigate U implementation team.
Jason's contributions consider both the institutional history and context as well as the larger, long-term vision. He ensures the advisor perspective is highlighted and always keeps the focus on student success. We are grateful for all of Jason's work!

| The Navigate U team would love to hear your candid feedback on implementation, from communication to the tool itself.
We recognize that transitioning to a new platform requires significant time and energy.
While we try to provide sufficient support, we would appreciate your feedback on what has gone well, what needs improvement, and ideas for growth.

Appointment campaigns are now available to Advisor and Director of Advising roles in Navigate U! Campaigns allow users to send a message prompting a group of students to book an appointment, track engagement, send nudges, and evaluate success.
Two trainings on Appointment Campaigns are scheduled in the coming weeks. To sign up for a training, click the link below.

Navigate U allows student-facing staff to operationalize student support through appointment scheduling, coordinated care, and streamlined communications. While the implementation timeline has focused on the notes and scheduling features, we are currently building out campaigns, referrals, and caseloads. These features serve as tools to enhance student support at the U.
|
Navigate U gives users unprecedented access to student academic and contact information. To maintain the University of Utah’s ethical and responsible environment that protects the privacy and well-being of students, all users must adhere to the established purpose and policies of Navigate U.
We are extending the deadline for users to complete the user agreement through Qualtrics to Monday, April 1.
