Well that was everything I could have hoped for!
Nancy Hoffman and her team were incredible this week for the installation of the exhibition, the opening last night was full of amazing people experiencing the work, and was thrilled to see Artnet just featured my exhibition on their "Must See Gallery Show" List in NYC!
I have worked so hard on this show, and I'm so happy it will be on view until October 19th. Those of you in NYC or heading there, I will be at the Nancy Hoffman Gallery in Chelsea this Saturday, September 7th, from 2 to 4pm.
My artist talk will be at the gallery on Saturday, September 21st at 11:30am. That morning will start at 10am, when my sculpture Dendrofemonology: A Feminist History Tree Ring will be on view A Mobilization for Women's Rights and the Planet. This art activation will build on when Dendrofemonology: A Feminist History Tree Ring was installed on the National Mall in DC last fall. The mobilization will conclude with an Artist Talk at the gallery at 11:30am on Saturday, September 21st. RSVP here
