This week: Pie a professor! |
|
|
|
Pie a Professor is a math & stats club fundraiser. Donate money for the professor you want to see get a pie in the face! Donate by Friday 3/6 at 2 pm!
Your math professor options are:
Dr. Lora Bailey
Dr. David Clark
Dr. Michael Santana
The professors from the math and stats departments with the most donations will be pied after Spring Break!
Venmo your donation to @Lora-Bailey4 and include your name and which professor you want to see get pied.
Check the PCS (MAK A-2-610) or Math Center for a current tally of the donations for each professor.
As of this writing, Dr. Bailey and Dr. Santana are impossibly far behind. Only you can help them catch up! -- Signed, Dr. Clark.

Registration season is coming soon! In March and April, you will be able to register for next year's classes. This means that you should be making plans now. Here are some things to do:
|
-
Look at the Registration Calendar to know when you will be able to register, and also this information about how to register.
-
Meet with your math advisor soon, to make a class plan for next year. You can find their name on Navigate.
-
If you are a first year or new transfer student, schedule a required appointment with your professional advisor right away. These appointments fill up fast!
-
There are lots of special substitutions for past or present engineering, computer science, and statistics majors that can shorten and simplify your course plans. Check with your advisor or email me (Dr. Clark) to see what they are.
