November 25: Last day to file for Grade Replacement Opportunity (GRO)
November 25:
- Last day for students to withdraw from a class online through UAccess
- Last day for students to change to/from audit with only instructor approval
- Last day for instructors to administratively drop students
November 26:
- Instructor and dean's signatures required on a Late Change Petition in order to withdraw from class and students must have an extraordinary reason for approval
- Instructor's and dean's permission required on a Change of Schedule form to change to/from audit
November 26: Thanksgiving recess begins today with no classes until Monday. All classes and final exams will finish online after Thanksgiving Break.
December 9: Last day of class--no registration changes can be made after the last day of class
December 10: Reading day, no classes

4-H Internship: Santa Cruz Ranchers 4-H
Santa Cruz Ranchers 4-H is seeking several UA students to fill internship roles as 4-H project leaders or assistants in a new club located in an underserved urban setting. As soon as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, this club will head into its second year with established leadership and membership in place. You will join a team composed of neighborhood leaders and will be mentored by a long time 4-H community club leader who is assisting with the new club’s establishment and growth.

FPAA Communications Coordinator
The Fresh Produce Association of the Americas (FPAA) is hiring a Communications Coordinator. Broadly, the person in this position will have to ensure effective communications about the issues and directives of the FPAA with government officials, other U.S. associations, the media and FPAA Members. Additionally, He/She will work with FPAA leadership to develop messaging and communications plans, develop educational seminars, and maintain a broad and effective electronic messaging presence.

Talon Internship with the Angus Foundation
The Talon Internship is an opportunity for youth to learn firsthand about managing and operating day-to-day life on a ranch, and, in turn, participating host Angus breeders have a hand in mentoring the next generation. This paid internship offers students real world ranch experience.
Internship duties, depending on the host breeder’s program, may include tasks that range from helping prepare show cattle, AI-ing, preg checking, veterinary tasks, as well as feeding, fence maintenance, irrigation and more. Interns may also have the opportunity to participate in other Angus and beef cattle educational events and activities off the farm such as conferences and field days.

Undergraduate Biology Research Program (UBRP)
Are you looking for a biologically-related research experience for Summer 2021? Apply to the University of Arizona’s Undergraduate Biology Research Program (UBRP)!
UBRP provides opportunities for UArizona undergraduates to participate in a paid, mentored, summer research program involving inquiry, design, investigation, research, scholarship, discovery, and the presentation of experimental results. UBRP students select a faculty mentor and conduct research full time (35 hours/week) for a minimum of 12 weeks, and also participate in professional development meetings on Wednesday afternoons and network with other UBRP students through educational field trips and activities.
UBRP’s programs include:
- UBRP: For students from any major, class standing, and career aspiration interested in conducting biologically-related research (broadly defined).
- ASPET SURF: For students interested in conducting research with a faculty mentor who is also a member of the American Society of Pharmacology & Experimental Therapeutics.
- NACP: For Native American students interested in biomedical research and in exploring careers related to reducing cancer health disparities among Native populations.
- EHS-TRUE: For underrepresented students interested in conducting research on how chemicals in the environment impact human health
