New York City-based Michelle Willis, a Canadian singer, songwriter and keyboard player, will perform Thursday night at The Lion's Den and Saturday at the Apple Tree Inn. David Phenicie and Friends will perform Friday night at the Apple Tree and on Saturday at the Lion's Den. And rounding it out is Milton at the Lion's Den on Friday. More info

Falstaff Live in HD

The Metropolitan Opera’s award-winning series of live high-definition cinema simulcasts continues locally at the Clark and the Mahaiwe! Baritone Michael Volle stars as the caddish knight Falstaff, gleefully tormented by a trio of clever women, in Verdi’s Shakespearean comedy. On Thursday, March 30, Scott Eyerly will offer a free opera talk on Falstaff by Zoom. More info

Illustrator

Jacqueline Rogers

Sat Apr 1, 3–4 p.m.
Berkshire Museum will hold a fun-filled program with Jacqueline Rogers, who has illustrated beloved children’s books for over 35 years. Recent editions of Beverly Cleary’s books, including Ramona the Pest and The Mouse and the Motorcycle, are among Jacqueline’s illustration work. She will lead an activity where young visitors can get creative as they design characters together, followed by a reading of the book she wrote and illustrated, Goblin Moon, and a book signing. More info

Nest/Emerge at the Garden's Galleries

Fri Mar 31, 5–7 p.m.
Berkshire Botanical Garden presents Nest/Emerge from March 31–April 30. Featuring works by Elizabeth Cohen, the exhibit will be in the garden’s Center House Leonhardt Galleries. An opening reception is Friday. Cohen explores relationships between natural and imagined forms through recontextualizing layers and patterns. More info

Sat Apr 1, 3–5 p.m.
In collaboration with LABspace, TurnPark Art Space presents MASS MoMA: Artists of the Berkshires and Pioneer Valley, featuring the work of 40 artists, along with Crash Bend Slap Kiss, an exhibition by Haley Lauw (they/them) in the Garage Gallery. An opening reception will be on Saturday; the exhibitions run through April 31. More info

In East Otis at the Knox Trail Inn, Jon Berman plays on Friday night, and The Wanda Houston Band performs Saturday as a fundraiser for the Otis Preservation Trust. Across the county at The Egremont Barn, Ian Giles Trio performs on Thursday, singer-songwriter Glori Wilder on Friday, and Dead Man's Waltz plays on Saturday. More info

The Berkshire chapter of Citizens’ Climate Lobby and its partners will host a public forum at the Berkshire Innovation Center to highlight recently passed climate legislation and the opportunities these new laws present for families, local governments, and businesses. Panelists include State Senator Paul Mark; former Undersecretary of Energy and Climate Solutions Judy Chang; and Executive Director of Green Energy Consumers Alliance Larry Chretien. More info
