Mohammad Ilbeigi, PI and CEOE Assistant Professor, received an NSF award of $190K for his project “Multi-Agent Adaptive Data Collection for Automated Post-Disaster Rapid Damage Assessment.”

Carrie Perlman, PI and BME Associate Professor, received an NIH award of $577K for her project “Improved Ventilation of the Edematous Lung.”

Dibyendu (Dibs) Sarkar, PI and CEOE Professor, Dr. Ansuman Satpathy, Co-PI and CEOE Postdoctoral Associate, and Dr. Zhiming Zhang, Co-PI and former CEOE Postdoctoral Associate, received a U.S. EPA award of $164K for their project “Column Testing for Reactive Media of Permeable Reactive Barriers: Feasibility Study for Remediation of Operable Unit 3 of the Lower Darby Creek Area Superfund Site, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties, Pennsylvania,” with Tetra Tech, Inc. as prime.

Marouane Temimi, PI and CEOE Associate Professor, and Philip Orton, Co-PI, Davidson Lab and CEOE Research Associate Professor, received a FEMA award of $252K for their project “Identifying Flood Risk Hotspots Using Remote Sensing and In-Situ Observations.”

Susanne Wetzel, PI and CS Professor, received an NSA award of $138K for her project “2023 CySP.”
