Monthly Information Sessions Hosted by DPP

As the Local Coordinating Organization (LCO), Denver Preschool Program (DPP) holds monthly information sessions for Colorado Universal Preschool providers at noon on the second Thursday of each month.
This month's session will include information on the matching rounds, enrollment forms, and timeline

Double Check Your Seat Numbers |
Providers will have the option to make seat adjustments again between Feb. 25th - Mar. 15th before the next matching round on March 16th
Adding Seats: you can add seats directly in the system, step by step instructions begin in the UPK Provider handbook on page 53.
Decreasing Seats: If you need to lower your seat count, you must submit a ticket to the Help Desk immediately.
If you are requesting a decrease of more than 10% of your total seats, please include a brief explanation of why the reduction is necessary within your ticket.

For the 26/27 Program Year, please ask your families to show you the notification they received form CDEC to confirm the award of supplemental hours. There are currently issues with the Supplemental Hours Report that are being addressed.

CALL for Community Advisory Board |
Do you have a child under 5 in early care and education in Denver? Are you a child care provider? Do you work with families with young children? Are you interested in sharing your ideas about how to make early care and education more affordable for Denver parents?
The Urban Institute and the Colorado Lab at the University of Denver are seeking members to join a Community Advisory Board (CAB) for a project that will study family and community experiences with the Denver Preschool Program (DPP). We are looking for current and former DPP family participants, families with children under 5 who do not participate in DPP, child care and preschool program directors, including those who do and do not participate in DPP, and community organization staff who work closely with families. '

DPP's 2025-26 application is now available! Denver families can apply for both UPK Colorado and DPP tuition credits with participating providers! DPP credits are available to all Denver families with a 4-year-old in a participating preschool, regardless of income.
