On the Officer Dashboard to the left, Click on 'More Tools'
Select 'Virtual Fairs'
You will see a list of current fairs your group is associated with (example: Get Connected Fair)
Manage Booth Settings
Select the 'Booth Settings' for the Fair booth you would like to manage settings for
Booth Settings
Activate Booth (Y/N) -- Shows your group booth on the Fair List
Basic Settings -- Group Bio/Slogan, Main Photo, Video Link, Documents, Display an 'I'm Insterested' button (strongly encouraged)
Chat-- Manage who will be available to chat at the booth (must be a group officer)
Live Video Conferencing -- Share your virtual platform link (zoom, discord, etc.) and set a date and time
Group Suggestions -- Highly recommend to add interests related to your group so students can match their profile interests to your group interests.
Add Photos/Videos/Links-- Share other content to keep fair participants interested in your organization
The more information, images, videos, and links you place into your booth, the more dynamic your space looks! This will draw in the visiting students and encourage them to interact!
