A Message From Johnny G – In-Trinity Impresses at IHRSA

People have been training on a flat floor for a lifetime. In-Trinity® is the first time we are elevated, accessing movements never possible, training deeper than we ever imagined

I've been anticipating the launch of In-Trinity for quite some time now – since the inspiration came to me on a riverbed in Brazil. In-Trinity was brought to life in the enthusiasm and excitement of the fitness community at IHRSA 2015. The response was beyond my expectations! I was able to witness my dream come true, confirming that you don't have to be a yogi or martial artist to practice In-Trinity. You just need to be passionate about helping others become fit and healthy.

Perhaps most exciting for me were those who shared sentiments that In-Trinity is equally as revolutionary as SPINNING, which I launched at IHRSA in 1995.

For those inquiring about instructor certification, our first In-Trinity Certification will be held in Los Angeles following the IDEA World Fitness Convention on Sunday, July 19. For more information, visit the In-Trinity website or the Johnny G Method Facebook page.
