Steps to Access University Systems ASAP
To receive important information, you must create your VUnetID and enroll in Vanderbilt University's security solution.
You will receive an email from the university (noreply@vanderbilt.edu) with steps on how to complete your VUnetID.
Follow the New Student Checklist for Immunization and TB Compliance to complete a Tuberculosis screening survey, submit your immunization forms, and upload your documents to the Vanderbilt Student Health portal.
You cannot register for classes until Student Health reviews and approves your immunization records.
Log into Your Enrollment Services (YES) Portal to check your progress on important tasks and add your emergency contact information. Updates may take up to four days to appear in the YES portal.
Next Steps will host a required summer orientation on campus on Monday, June 23rd from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided. The agenda will be shared in the coming weeks.
Summer Person-Centered Planning: Please register for a 1.5-hour virtual Person-Centered Plan meeting at the end of May. Students, families, VR counselors, and others should be in attendance.
