Next Meeting - September 16, 2025
Thank you to those who have volunteered already to be on the Executive Board.
Leaders Association Meetings are held at the Eau Claire County Extension Office the 2nd Tuesday of September, November, January, March, May, and June. 6:00 will be a time to hear policy updates, ask the 4-H Educator questions, and brainstorm club ideas. Meetings will start at 6:30pm. PLEASE make every effort to send a representative to these meetings. Attending is how we make connections and learn from each other to bring the best program we can to the young people in our clubs. It connects your local club program to the wider county program and makes you aware of the wider opportunities in 4-H so that you can promote those to your club members.

Fall Forum Call for Presenters
We need YOU to help make Fall Forum a success! We are looking for session presenters. Those presenters could be you, or they could be youth and adults from your county. Please think about incredible programs in your county and invite them to share at Fall Forum. There are two types of sessions:
Workshops - There will be 3 workshop timeslots on Saturday, November 1 – 10:45 – 11:45 a.m., 1:15 -2:45 p.m., 3:15 - 4:45 p.m. These workshop sessions are designed to be engaging, hands-on and feature topics of interest to youth and adults. Participants register for workshops in advance.
Interactive Stations – Friday, October 31 from 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. will be our main time for sharing these “sparks stations.” Participants move from station to station freely and explore different interests and information. Leaders should be prepared for about 100 youth and adult visitors at each station throughout the evening. This is a great opportunity to lead brief hands-on activities or to offer Q&A sessions about a specific topic.
Session proposals are due by August 15. You can submit your proposal by clicking the green button below. The form is the same for workshops and interactive stations.
Registration information will be out later in the summer, and we anticipate registration will open after September 1 (when the 4-H Online rollover occurs).
