The Office of Undergraduate Research is pleased to share our 2024 annual report. This annual report highlights undergraduate research at the University of Utah that is made possible by the 18 colleges, campus leadership, faculty across the disciplines, and students at the U. Check out the annual report to see more information about the nearly 700 students that were funded to conduct research this past academic year (2023 – 2024), the nearly 800 students that were supported with presentations, and over 4K people educated through our education series. Apply to be a faculty mentor for the Summer Program for Undergraduate Research (SPUR) 2025. Benefits to faculty: a full-time undergraduate researcher is competitively recruited and hired by OUR with programs and activities wrapped around the mentee.
Eligibility: faculty at University of Utah (tenure-track and career-line) eligible to apply.
