*UPDATED* | Vaughn Construction plans to release multiple bid packages this year for the Clinical Veterinary Teaching & Research Complex (02-3378) in College Station, TX. A Bid Package is anticipated for July and will cover skin, interior buildout, site work, and finishes. All dates and scopes are tentative. Manhattan Construction plans to open Bid Package 1 for the Lillian Street Dorm project (04-3415) in Stephenville, TX pending GMP approval. Bid Package 1 is expected to include foundations, structure, civil trades, site utilities, elevators, MEP systems (except fixtures and devices), and fire protection. Bid Package 2, anticipated for November, is expected to cover exterior facades, drywall, finishes, low voltage/security, and specialties. All dates are tentative. Barcom Construction Company plans to open Bid Package 1 for the Corpus Christi (TEEX) Workforce Development project (09-3436) this July. This bid package is expected to include drywall/framing, ceilings, glazing, flooring, paint, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm. All dates are tentative.
