The Boys Can Eat: Low Country Fish Camp
My wife Amanda, 2-year-old son Austin and I went to the Low Country Fish Camp in Summerville.  It was a wonderful experience.  There is a small indoor dining space and an outside screened in patio.  We had a crab cake appetizer that was mostly crab meat with very little filler.  It was served with a grain mustard sauce that reminded me of what is served with crab cakes on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia.  We also had a traditional pimento crab dip that was very good with a pimento cheese twist!  The oyster Po Boy was perfect and the fries were lightly seasoned with Old Bay for an added kick.  My wife's flounder was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent; our server was friendly and attentive and the manager checked on us as well.  It was really nice to find a great fish spot up in Summerville.
