iWeek Dance Competition

All participants must be CURRENTLY ENROLLED GMU STUDENTS . A student may dance in a max total of 2 teams. All dancers will fill out a waiver.

The application deadline is Monday, February 24th, 2020 (11:59 pm). No applications will be accepted after this date.

The mandatory meeting with be held on Thursday, March 5th, 2020 between 10am - 1pm in the RSO Leadership Team Office in Student Involvement, HUB 2300. Participating team captains can come in any time during the time allotted to meet with the iWeek committee.

All final rosters, waivers, and music are due by Friday March 20th, 2020 to Ayleen Leonhardt at Student Involvement (HUB 2300). A USB Flashdrive will be provided at the Mandatory Meeting.

**Money Prizes are a Transfer of funds into the winning RSO on-campus Organization Account.**

iWeek Photo Contest

The Deadline to submit all photos is Wednesday, March 18th, 2020 at 11:59 pm. Judging of the photos will end Tuesday, March 24th, 2020. Winners will be announced during the International Dance Competition on Thursday, April 2nd, 2020. If you have any questions about your submission, please contact Jonathan Carmona at jcarmon2@gmu.edu.

iWeek Parade

The Mason iWeek Parade will take place on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 (12:00 - 1:00 pm). To participate in the Mason iWeek Parade register in this link: https://iweek.gmu.edu/opening/parade-registration/

Please consider displaying a flag or banner, carrying an artifact, or wearing attire that represents your nationality, ethnicity, heritage, student organization, sorority or fraternity, residence hall, or other affiliation.

Participants in Mason iWeek Parade will meet in SUB I, Patriots Lounge at 11:15 am, Tuesday, March 31, 2020

The first 100 participants in the parade will receive an iWeek 2020 T-shirt!!!
