Important reminders for AS&E graduates from the Registrar |
|
|
Dear Student,
We are looking forward to celebrating with you next Sunday! Details about Commencement can be found on the Commencement website but we are sharing a few reminders about what you need to do this week and where you need to be and when on Sunday!
|
-
Remember to complete your checklist items in SIS to be eligible to pick up your marching card.
-
Order your cap and gown at the bookstore
- Review or update your diploma name and address in SIS; changes will not be honored after May 19.
-
You must show your marching card or Tufts ID to access Commencement weekend venues. If you need to replace a lost ID, be sure to visit one of the university’s ID pick up locations before Commencement weekend. If you lose your marching card, you will need a photo ID for a replacement.
-
Guests of graduates must show a Guest Access Pass to gain access to events. You may provide your guests an image of your Tufts ID and for them to show that on their phones or in print. Guest Access Passes may be available in advance when you pick up your marching card or, as a last resort, can be requested at an information desk or booth near the event entrances.
