Webinar on Pet Trusts - February 16
Legally, pets are classified as personal property. But to their owners, they often mean more than the couch, the car, a piece of jewelry, or the desk—they are best friends, companions, and family members. Until recently, however, U.S. laws did not favor planning for pets and pet care. Join us for a webinar on Thursday, February 16, from 6:30-7:30 pm CST to learn about Tennessee law related to pet trusts, considerations when planning for furry and feathered friends, and Federal law and tax consequences. One continuing education credit will be provided.
