Final examinations and review boards begin

On Monday, December 8, at 12 noon–1 p.m., senior honors thesis and senior capstone writers can attend Care and Feeding of Your Senior Thesis During Finals and Winter Break. This interactive workshop will focus on strategies for planning time to write and setting reasonable goals for your thesis, with a specific focus on staying connected with your thesis during finals and winter break. Our resources are free and open to all undergraduates. Workshops are held in person on the Medford/Somerville campus.

Join Tufts Global Education on Monday, December 8, at 12 noon–1 p.m. in Olin Center Room 007 to learn more about an exciting opportunity to spend two weeks this summer in Beijing enhancing your knowledge of the Chinese language and culture!

On Monday to Wednesday, December 8–10, at 2–3 p.m., compete against your friends and classmates for a chance to win fabulous prizes including an Apple TV, Bluetooth speakers, and more. There will also be one grand prize winner chosen by lottery on the third and final day of the challenge. (You only need to compete once to be eligible.)

Come to the Dowling Hall Lobby, adjacent to the Dean of Students office, to have some spirited fun and take your mind off finals. There will be sweet treats, ice cream, and other surprises.

Taking a break from studying is important to reduce stress, improve focus, and refresh your mind and body. Join Tisch Library and Tisch College on Tuesday, December 9, at 9 a.m.–4 p.m. for an array of activities, a movie screening, snacks, and therapy animals!

On Tuesday, December 9, at 11 a.m.–1 p.m., stop by the Mayer Campus Center to fuel up for winter exams and review boards—hot chocolate, cookies, and words of encouragement provided. You've got this, Jumbos!
