On September 24, please join us for a special community groundbreaking celebration to commemorate the start of construction on the new drinking water facility!
This important milestone marks a significant investment in our City’s future — ensuring the community continues to have clean, safe, and affordable water for future generations.

📅 Date: Wednesday, September 24, 2025
⏰ Time: 5 to 6:30 pm
📍 Location: 9988 Westminster Boulevard, Westminster, 80020. Our event and the new drinking water facility construction site are on the east side of Westminster Boulevard between 98th and 104th avenues.
🚗 Parking will be available on site.

- A ceremonial groundbreaking featuring our Westminster City Council and other elected leaders
