Recently Hairong Qi received notice that the National Science Foundation wanted to conduct a reverse site visit related to her proposal for a National Artificial Intelligence Research Institute. Qi worked with the research development staff in the Office of Research, Innovation, and Economic Development to prepare for the visit and is sharing some of the valuable lessons learned in the process.

University of Tennessee students exhibited creativity designing floating wetlands
The Program for Pet Health Equity in the UT College of Social Work announced a grant award of $3.4 million for AlignCare, which was created to improve access to veterinary care for pets and their families not adequately served by the current system.
