Prausnitz is the J. Erskine Love Jr. Chair of the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and director of Georgia Tech’s Center for Drug Design, Development, and Delivery. He is Georgia Tech’s 46th National Academy of Engineering member.

Thompson will serve as chair of the School of History and Sociology in the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts effective July 1. She joins Georgia Tech from Arizona State University.

Taking part in Science and Engineering Day gives Georgia Tech students and researchers a unique opportunity to share their work with the community and inspire attendees. All demo groups must register by Feb. 20.
