What an incredible celebration! Our community came together in full force at the basketball game, and the energy was electric. The highlight of the game? The reveal of the new Ozzie!
From the moment Ozzie stepped onto the court, the crowd erupted with cheer, marking the beginning of a new era of UNF pride and tradition. Students, alumni, faculty and staff packed the stands, showing off their blue and gray to create an atmosphere that truly embodied what it means to be an Osprey.

Held at MOCA Jacksonville, the event brought together alumni, faculty, staff and friends to honor those who exemplify the spirit of UNF through their leadership, service and impact.

The event brought together students and alumni in a vibrant celebration of creativity and community, showcasing the incredible talent and heart that makes The Nest so special. A huge congratulations to all the bands whose passion and energy made this night a resounding success!

The Homecoming tailgate and parade were proclamations of Osprey pride, uniting alumni, students, families and friends for an afternoon packed with excitement. Lot 18 was buzzing with energy as guests enjoyed delicious food, lively music and spirited games. The return of the Homecoming parade added even more color and celebration, creating a festive atmosphere to set the perfect tone for one of the week’s biggest highlights.

UNF Men's Soccer Secures Back-To-Back ASUN Championship Titles |
North Florida Men’s Soccer earned its second consecutive Atlantic Sun Tournament Championship title after a match-clinching goal in overtime against Bellarmine, 3-2, on Saturday evening at Hodges Stadium. Paul Schacherer scored the decisive goal in overtime after earlier strikes from Rentaro Miyakawa and Anton Khelil. This marks the program’s third title in history (2015, 2024, 2025), with multiple Ospreys named to the All-Tournament Team.

North Florida Men's Soccer is officially slated to make its third NCAA Championship appearance when it battles North Carolina in the First Round this afternoon, Thursday, Nov. 20, at Dorrance Field in Chapel Hill, N.C, at 6 p.m. ET.
