Fix Up Survey Deadline Extended
Now that the July 2018 Fix Up Loan Program changes have been in effect for more than a year, we are evaluating program effectiveness to see if there are opportunities to improve the lender experience and better serve borrowers. This is your opportunity to give us honest, anonymous feedback about the program. You are our best source of information to identify needed changes and enhancements. 
Please take a few minutes to complete a short anonymous survey by Wednesday, October 23. We appreciate your feedback!

Reminder: Register Today for October & November Fix Up Loan Program Trainings
In addition to our upcoming Fix Up training in Detroit Lakes on October 24, Minnesota Housing has added trainings to the line-up in St. Cloud on October 30 and St. Paul on November 14.
Whether you're an experienced Fix Up lender or are new to the program, you'll have the opportunity to increase your knowledge at one of these free trainings:
  • Detroit Lakes
    • When: Thursday, October 24; 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
    • Where: Minnesota State Community and Technical College; 900 MN-34, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501
